How To Gain Rank
This section of the 44th Infanrty Handbook is purely dedicated to how you gain rank throughout your time here. Once you join being active and not being an ass will get you to about] Corporal, but after you gain the rank of Cpl. you will need to show that you can lead and come to BCT's often. This will show us, the officers of the unit, that you care and honestly deserve the rank of Cpl. Although Corporal might not be much of a rank, but it is very important to the unit because you are now a leader and a non-commissioned officer. Now that you have become a Non-commissioned officer in this unit you can now schedule drills and tell us who honestly deserves rank advancement. If you prove to us that you were an awesome Corporal you can be eligible to go up in rank.
Once you become Sergeant you will learn all the skills needed to be any rank in the unit. Although all ranks have specific jobs and skills needed for them you still learn and gain the basic expertise to do them. For example Staff Sergeant, one rank higher than Sergeant, yet SSgt's can perform BCT's and specific training drills in the unit like MG or Sniper classes. Although it is uncommon for a SSgt to be a leader in a BCT it still happens. Just keep on doing what you did to gain rank to Sgt and you will gain rank easily.
Once reaching the higher enlisted ranks, for example FSgt/MSgt, you will need to know when to disciple someone for being out of line and what to do when you find someone disobeying orders. Which is why we have the Demerit system, regardless of position (other than command staff) this system is used on them. And once you gain the experience to make those decisions you will be eligible to gain an officer rank.
ABSOLUTELY NO RECRUITING OUTSIDE OF THE UNIT SERVER. IF CAUGHT YOU WILL BE PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM THE UNIT!
